Overview of the website: Homessence Group is an online platform that allows our arts and crafts admiring patrons to browse and purchase products that are coming straight from the artists, undiluted. In other words, Homessence Group is the museum or gallery that upholds some of the best artisans and offers them a global platform to exhibit their creation.
  2. Patron Registration and Account Creation: Patrons are required to create an account to place an order on our website. By registering, they agree to provide accurate and complete information. Patrons are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and password.
  3. Payment and Pricing: We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, direct bank transfers and online payment services. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, as we work with artisans directly, rather than buying stuff from any middlemen or dealers. Patrons are responsible for paying any applicable taxes and fees.
  4. Shipping and Delivery: We ship products to customers in the countries we serve. We use reliable shipping and delivery services to ensure timely delivery. Delivery times may vary based on the Patron’s location and the product’s availability, and product specifications. Patrons are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for any delay or failure of delivery due to causes beyond our control. Please note that customised product specifications could take longer to be shipped and delivered, as bespoke orders are handled and created separately.
  5. Order Cancellation: Patrons can cancel an order within 2 days from placing it. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team via email or phone. If this 2-day window is has already passed, patrons must follow our Returns and Refunds policy.
  6. Returns and Refunds: Patrons have a right to return products within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused and in the same condition as received after the purchase. Patrons must contact our customer support team to initiate a return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and shipping costs are non-refundable and need to be borne by the patrons.
  7. Sale Policy: Products on Sale are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are defective or damaged at source.
  8. Privacy Policy: We respect our patrons’ privacy and are committed to protecting their personal information. We collect personal information only for the purpose of fulfilling orders and providing customer support. We will not share customer information with third parties without the customer’s explicit consent.
  9. Intellectual Property: All content on our website, including text, images, logos, trademarks, and even our artworks are protected by intellectual property laws. Patrons may not use any content or art or images from our website without our express written permission. Patrons are requested to not use Homessence Group products or product images to create low quality replicas. Our artisans create these products with a lot of love and effort. Please don’t disregard their craft.
  10. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is based.
  11. Liability and Indemnification: Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for any damages, including consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or products. Customers agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with their use of our website or products.
  12. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate any customer account or order at our discretion if we believe that the customer has violated these Terms & Conditions.
