2. Digital Use and Restrictions

Visitors are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view our digital platform strictly for private, non-commercial acquisition research. You are explicitly prohibited from scraping, downloading, modifying, replicating, distributing, or republishing any proprietary market intelligence, curatorial assets, or artwork photography without explicit, prior written authorisation signed by an executive director of Homessence Group. 3. Original Artwork and Artistic Copyright Protection

The physical ownership of a high-value original artwork or custom commissioned piece purchased through Homessence Group (HE Group) transfers to the elite patron strictly upon transaction finalisation and delivery verification. However, the intellectual property (IP) rights, copyright, reproduction privileges, and commercial exploitation rights remain exclusively retained by the creating artist under international copyright acts. They are not transferred to the buyer with the physical asset unless an express, written intellectual property assignment contract is signed by Homessence Group, the artist, and the buyer. Unauthorised reproduction, commercial printing, or digital replication of any curated art asset for commercial gain is strictly criminalised.

4. Copyright Infringement & Takedown Protocol

Homessence Group (HE Group) respects the intellectual property rights of creators worldwide. If you are a copyright owner or an authorised agent thereof and believe that any content or artwork hosted on our digital platform infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a formal written notification to our legal desk at contact@homessencegroup.com or via our Contact Us Portal. Your notice must include a detailed description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed and clear evidence of your ownership rights.
